ERP Automation & AI Engineer (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a visionary engineer with an “Automation First” mindset who rethinks our core processes and makes our system ecosystem smarter. You are the right fit for us if you are an architect of resilient, data-driven systems who chooses the best technology for every problem – from robust scripts to smart AI agents.

Analyze our central value streams (e.g. Purchase-to-Pay), develop the automation roadmap, and deliver measurable business impact (e.g. reduction of cycle times & error rates)
Build predictive monitoring and “self-healing” mechanisms for our critical interfaces to resolve issues before they arise
Develop systems for the automatic analysis and resolution of support tickets, thereby reducing the manual workload within the team
Build reusable automation services and make them available company-wide via our internal AI platform (ChatAPV)
Act as the technical sparring partner for business departments and product owners to unlock automation potential across the entire organization

Your profile

You live “Automation First” and “Systems Thinking.” You identify the true root cause of problems and develop sustainable, systemic solutions
You bring solid experience in software development (ideally Python, SQL) and in working with complex ERP landscapes (e.g. Odoo)
You have hands-on experience with workflow tools (e.g. n8n) and ideally initial exposure to applying LLM APIs or ML to solve business problems
You work according to the “You Build It, You Run It” principle and take end-to-end responsibility for your solutions
You can clearly communicate complex technical topics and act as a bridge between tech and business

Wir suchen einen visionären Engineer mit "Automation First"-Mindset, der unsere Kernprozesse neu denkt und unser System-Ökosystem intelligenter macht. Du bist bei uns richtig, wenn du ein Architekt für resiliente, datengetriebene Systeme bist, der für jedes Problem die beste Technologie wählt – vom robusten Skript bis zum smarten AI-Agent.

Analysiere unsere zentralen Wertströme (z.B. Purchase-to-Pay), entwickle die Automatisierungs-Roadmap und lieferst messbaren Business-Impact (z.B. Reduzierung von Cycle Times & Fehlerraten)
Baue prädiktives Monitoring und "Self-Healing"-Mechanismen für unsere kritischen Schnittstellen, um Probleme zu lösen, bevor sie entstehen
Entwickle Systeme zur automatischen Analyse und Lösung von Support-Tickets und reduziere so die manuelle Last im Team
Baue wiederverwendbare Automatisierungs-Services und stelle diese über unsere interne AI-Plattform (ChatAPV) dem ganzen Unternehmen zur Verfügung
Sei der technische Sparringspartner für Fachabteilungen und Product Owner, um Automatisierungspotenziale in der gesamten Organisation zu heben

Was Du mitbringst

Du lebst "Automation First" und "Systems Thinking". Du findest die wahre Ursache von Problemen und entwickelst nachhaltige, systemische Lösungen.
Du bringst solide Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung (idealerweise Python, SQL) und im Umgang mit komplexen ERP-Landschaften (z.B. Odoo) mit.
Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit Workflow-Tools (z.B. n8n) und idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit der Anwendung von LLM-APIs oder ML zur Lösung von Business-Problemen.
Du arbeitest nach dem "You Build It, You Run It"-Prinzip und übernimmst End-to-End-Verantwortung für deine Lösungen.
Du kannst komplexe technische Themen klar vermitteln und agierst als Brückenbauer zwischen Tech und Business.
