Your responsibilities
We are looking for a competent Inbound Planner to manage and oversee the inbound function of the company within the SCM team. This includes managing the Suppliers and Manufacturers so that we keep all items in stock and meet the required service levels.

- Oversee and manage daily interactions with all suppliers.
- To place purchase orders promptly to ensure timely delivery while adhering to lead times.
- Inputting of goods receipt purchase orders into the system.
- Managing stock levels of packaging and finished goods.
- Day to day management of the producers making sure they produce in line with our forecast.
- Updating of monthly forecast.
- Arranging collection of goods when required.
- Transferring of stock between manufacturers and D2C warehouse.
- Resolving of any quantity or price issues with deliveries.
- Ensuring KPI’s are met including lost revenue, out of stock Sku’s and stock value.
- Working with the IT team to resolve any system issues in the inbound process.
- Driving continuous improvement in the inbound supply chain.
- Helping to design and implement any new KPI’s required to support the business.
